Consumer enquires
A customer in your service area fills in a form on one of our service-brand websites — looking for someone exactly like you. They've given us their details, told us what they need, and opted in to be contacted.
We qualify the lead
Before that lead ever reaches you, we run a deep qualification process — confirming the job scope, suburb, urgency, budget, and decision-maker. Tyre-kickers, wrong areas, and "just-browsing" enquiries get filtered out. By the time a lead is ready, every detail you need to quote confidently is on the page.
You receive the lead
We send you the lead — your way. Two options: direct delivery (the full lead lands the moment they're qualified, you call straight away), or opt-in preview (we send a snapshot first; you only pay if you take the lead). Either way, the customer is expecting your call. You walk in briefed, quote confidently, win the job.
